Anjaneya organization

Anjaneya is a very prominent figure in Indian mythology. He is a very “intelligent monkey” extremely powerful, highly devoted to his master Rama. Anjaneya appears among popular gods and is said to have attained ultimate spiritual height. He worked in the team of other monkies – all intelligent, almost like man. Let us see how our organizations quite same to that highly capable teams:

  • Agility: These monkies were highly agile, they moved around from nook and corner of the while Indian peninsula to search for the wife of their master. In one cave called ahobila – they got lost and spent a long time searching the way out. Our managers are very highly agile, they search every corner of earth for that extra business.
  • High energy / Tirelessness: These monkies never got tired, they never sat when there came a sea between them and the island where their master’s wife was taken by the demon they built a bridge across the ocean!
  • Commitment: Millions of these monkies died in the fight against the demon king for the sake of their master’s wife. As a popular saying goes some domon stole one wandering prince’s wife and this monkey got its tail burnt! When Anjaneya goes to search his master’s wife, the demon king catches Anjaneya and puts fire to Anjaneya’s tail!
  • Smartness: Are our managers really smart or does the energy get put in unnecessarily. Anjaneya was asked to get a herb from the mountain and without getting clear idea he brought the whole mountain on his shoulders!
  • Vision: They fought and died for the master’s wife. The battle was won. Millions died. Master got his wife back. Within a year the master ditched his wife only because one launderer lamented that the master’s wife was made inpure by that demon. Was the death, the war justified? Our managers put everything for the stake without being aware of the destiny of the battle won.
